Over the course of his career, John has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars in luxury sales and rental transactions across the Hamptons. Recognized for his performance and industry leadership, John was named Rising Star of the Hamptons in 2018, is consistently ranked within Corcoran’s prestigious Multimillion Dollar Club, and is in the top 1.5% of all real estate agents nationwide.
 
In 2025, he served as a lead panelist on the main stage at Corcoran’s BeCorcoran National Conference, speaking to hundreds of top agents about building and leveraging powerful referral networks. John specializes in new development, luxury resales, investment properties, rentals, and commercial opportunities throughout the Hamptons, while also representing clients in Manhattan. With a background in construction management and high-end spec development in Southampton Village, he brings a sophisticated understanding of architecture, design, zoning, and valuation, guiding clients through acquisition, development, positioning, and resale.
 
Operating from Corcoran offices in Southampton, Westhampton Beach, and Chelsea, John divides his time between the Hamptons and New York City. He combines market intelligence, financial analysis, and modern marketing to maximize exposure and value for his clients.
 
His digital real estate content has reached a wide audience, including property tours that have surpassed one million views. John has shared his marketing expertise nationally as a lead panelist at Corcoran’s Digital Summit in 2021, and his agent spotlight video was featured at the 2022 BeCorcoran conference at The Breakers in Palm Beach. Originally from Scarsdale, New York, and raised in the Hamptons, John graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Business Administration. 
 
He also studied International Business at Bocconi University in Milan. John provides strategic guidance and market expertise for buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across the Hamptons and New York City. Outside of real estate, he enjoys basketball, spearfishing, and travel.
